DELIVERY INFORMATION

Returning/exchanging your order

During 14 days from the delivery of your package, you may request to exchange or return your order. You must return the POSTER products to the POSTER Online Store in perfect condition. The POSTER products should not have been used in any way. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. The original invoice that comes with the delivery also needs to be enclosed together with the returned product. Returns/Exchanges should be sent to the following address:

Costs for return

POSTER Online Store is not responsible for shipping costs that may incur regarding the return of a product. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after POSTER Online Store receives the returned products. The refund will be made to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge that may incur will not be refunded by POSTER Online Store.

Costs for exchanges

Once you have returned the items, POSTER Online Store will not make any additional charges in the case of a delivery or an exchange. Please note that POSTER Online Store will not refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.

During sale or promotional offers the policy explained above, will apply, except for the fact that POSTER Online Store will not accept exchanges.

Collecting your order

Portuguese customers: you will receive it directly in your mailbox through a transportation service or you will be asked to pick it up at your local Post Office (address: Rua Augusta, lote 225D, 2740-187 Porto Salvo). International customers: when your delivery reaches its destination, your local courier will deliver it to the specified address. The international delivery may requires a signature, which means that you will need to be present at the address during their operating hours.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.

Delivery confirmation

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail. For buyers outside Portugal the delivery confirmation will include carrier and tracking number information. For buyers in Portugal, the delivery information will include carrier information. Please note that in case of ‘no stock’ products we will need to print a new poster, which my take a few days according to the material and print shop availability.

Delivery and collecting international packages

International orders will through a transportation service. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address. Since some delivery companies require your signature when delivering the goods, you will have to be present at specified delivery address at the time of the delivery. During the registration of your POSTER Online Store account, you will be required to register your personal address information. If you wish us to deliver your package to an alternative address please state that address in the checkout process at the POSTER Online Store. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Delivery rates do not include import fees that could be charged when the package reaches your destination country.

Currencies

POSTER Online Store cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging the EUR into any other currency.

Uncollected packages

Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by POSTER Online Store.
